Shipping & Returns
The prices of goods listed on the site are the prices exclusive of freight charges, duty, commission in short it is the price only for the merchandise. We will arrange the carrier whichever the buyer demands of but will not pay any charges for shipping (as far as our concern shipping charges not go beyond 30 us$) .As safety of goods is of the biggest concern we would ship the goods insured from our side. We have our registered firm A/c’s in UPS , FED-EX and EMS for buyer convenience . If the buyer wants to ship the goods by any of these carriers ,then on the buyer’s consent we can ship the goods from our registered a/c also by which the buyers get special discounted rates for shipping charges. The order value less than equivalnet value to 200US$ will be rejected. Buyer ordering for value more than five hundered us$ will enjoy free shipping to their doors. Returns We have no problem in accepting returns if the buyer brings it our attention within a week of from the date of delivery made. The goods returned must be in that state and condition that they are when shipped to the buyer . Any defects or inclusions of any type in the goods will be not be categorized in returns, whether the buyer reaccepts the goods or not. |
